If you destroy Hysteric Sign with the scapegoat effect of (2), I think you'll kill two birds with one stone.
As for the bounce effect in (3), I think it would be good if 《Harpie Dancer》alone could satisfy the conditions for the effect.
There are restrictions on the link materials, but with the "Harpie" Deck, you can use the Recruit effect of "Harpie Channeler" and the effect of "Kaleidoscope - Brilliant Alter Ego", so I don't think there will be any problems.

Although he has specified a wide range of materials as WIND, the effect is only for his Harpie, and there is little meaning to use it outside of Harpie. Granting resistance is convenient, and it is possible to use Featherstorm to care for things other than combat and effect destruction. The bounce that doesn't target (3) is powerful, but Harpie can only trigger dancers and harpists, so it's not that easy to use. However, if you combine it with Harpist, you can aim for two bounces, so it is quite useful.

With (2), it is convenient to give her Harpie with low RBI resistance and substitute her Spell Trap.
Also, the bonus effect of (3) can be used because of the presence of dancers and harpists.

Harpie's Link Monster offers new tactical options.

Personally, I was hoping for a three-sisters-like Link 3.
The effect is treated as a familiar Harpie Lady card with the same name, allowing you to benefit from 《Phalanx Pike》.
Harpie's Spell Trap can be used as a substitute for destroying Harpie monsters, allowing you to destroy mirrors, signs, etc. and earn extras.
Dancer/Harpist effect is easier to use for bounce effect.It is also good to use together with Kamikaze of the Mist Valley.
The material conditions are quite loose and can be produced with one beigoma, but it depends on the preference of the construction
